Classroom Procedure for In person Classes
Right now we are mask optional for students and staff in line with guidance from Buncombe County.
When operating in-school PGS follows the individual school policy regarding Covid-19. Camps and classes at Avery's Creek Community Center follow Buncombe County and NCHHS Guidelines for child-care centers.
If your child has tested positive for covid-19 please keep them home until they test negative.
If your child is sick and has not tested positive for covid-19 please send them to class with a mask to cut down on germ sharing.
Even before covid-19, theatre professionals have taken precautionary measures to keep their castmates healthy so that the show can go on!
Guidelines we Follow
Summer Camp and classes follow the NCHHS Covid-19 Guidelines for Day Camps. We are following protocols set by Buncombe County, the State of NC, and the CDC. When guidelines change we will adjust accordingly. We take the health of our students and staff very seriously.
