Weather Policy

In cases of inclement weather Playground Stage After-School Classes will not run if school is closed or has been released early due to weather.

If 1-2 classes are missed for weather there will be makeup days scheduled. If 3 or more classes are missed due to weather make-up days are not guaranteed but all efforts will be made to make sure that our students have adequate time for rehearsal. Make-up days are taken by a case by case basis. Parents will be informed of the make-up rehearsal via email. 

No refunds partial or full are given for cancelations due to weather.

If a camp day is cancelled due to weather parents will be notified by email or phone. Since camps are generally scheduled during warm weather months any cancellation is rare and will be dealt with case by case.
